Designed to aid in the development of overall fitness level and a well-rounded physique, participants will utilize barbell complexes for strength gains interspersed with body weight intervals.
The structure of each Balance Body class is always the same, which aids in foundational strength gains that you can see from week to week.
This class was designed by one of our directors, Devin Maier, and it is an awesome class for any member that likes BootCamp and wants to learn some more strength-based moves and is looking for a true challenge.
