High heart rate training
The boot camp class offered at Balance focuses on high heart rate training, designed to improve stamina, endurance, and body composition. Because life doesnʼt happen in a vacuum, we emphasize movement in space to prepare your body for the challenges it will face day to day. Functional and athletic exercises are the norm, so be prepared to be challenged and surprised by how fast your body improves. Our program is designed to accommodate individuals of all fitness levels, and encourage them to progress based upon their own standards.
