Get the Body of a Dancer
In these classes we teach a series of movements designed to tone the hips, abs, thighs and glutes.
We show students how to master these movements using body weight on the mat, ball weights and the ballet bar itself. Core muscles are targeted to create postural alignment and integrity through the movements. It's a great workout - you’ll leave feeling toned, long, and lean!
