Mobility is an athletic-based 30 minute stretching class. The class focuses on injury prevention using breathing techniques, foam rolling, and increasing one’s optimal range of motion through stretching. Mobility training promotes recovery between workouts and decreases kinetic chain dysfunctions. Relax and recover!
