Craig is the Director of CrossFit Balance Thomas Circle. Craig played multiple sports growing up including: soccer, lacrosse, street hockey and baseball but was always bored when it came to the monotony of practice. Thats where he found CrossFit and fell in love with the constantly varied aspect of Crossfit. He has been coaching CrossFit for 5 years now and since finding CrossFit in 2009 he has competed in Regionals 4 years in a row.

In his spare time Craig likes to read, play all kinds of sports and lean about the vast field of human physiology. An interesting fact about Craig is that he enjoys listening to classic rock even though that music is way before his time.
