Dani is a west coast gal through and through, having spent all her formative years traversing the coastline between San Diego and Seattle with her artist father. An avid traveler, Dani has visited 70-countries, and lived extended periods in six. She loves endurance sports, and is always on the hunt for the next ultra-marathon, Iron(wo)man, or multi-day trek. To Dani, fitness is about working to orient the mind and body toward wellness. It is not a number on the scale, or pounds lifted on the bar, it is about living a fulfilled and meaningful existence. Outside Balance, Dani loves to read, surf, cuddle her cats, work her 9-5 advocacy job, and take her new motorcycle out on adventures!
