Ben utilizes scientifically-based programs to help his clients accomplish their goals. Whether you want to increase strength and power, improve body composition, improve mobility and movement quality, or just lead a healthier lifestyle, Ben is here to help people become better versions of themselves.
He splits his time at Balance with his work as a sports performance coach at Georgetown University, where he works directly with both soccer teams, track &field/cross country, and men’s golf. Ben played college soccer and studied Kinesiology at Southwestern University in Texas and he received his master’s degree from the University of Houston. He trains for competitive Olympic weightlifting and plays recreational soccer in the DC area.
