Kacie is an avid athlete and food lover. She has competed in numerous events including the Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, and GORUCK Challenge as well as marathons and an Ironman triathlon. Her interest in food and fitness began at an early age and led her to Cornell where she majored in Nutritional Science.
She discovered that her greatest joy was helping others develop new ways to challenge both body and mind in order to meet their fitness goals. Kacie believes that working out should be an enjoyable experience that leaves you feeling empowered, strong, and eager for the next session.
She expresses the importance of complementing good nutrition with fitness and embraces a “no limits” approach to personal training. “When body, mind, and spirit are aligned, dreams and goals become reality.”
