Michael Threadgill draws on his sports background and education to create comprehensive workout programs designed to enhance functional everyday movements.
Sports have always been a part of Michael’s life – from lifting his father’s dumbbells, playing Little League Sports, and designing his own strength programs to improve as a multi-sport athlete in high school.
Michael played football at the University of Maryland, where he also discovered martial arts – practicing judo, kenpo, and tae kwon do to improve his flexibility. Michael enjoys biomechanics and physiology, and is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine and is a CrossFit Level 1 coach. “I push for a balanced approach to eating in order to push the body to perform at the peak genetic level of each individual person I work with. I train each person to perform the best at whatever task they have requested once a strong foundation has been built.”
