John Trail has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. He grew up playing multiple sports including baseball, football, basketball and has always been passionate about fitness and having fun.
John began his fitness career as a personal trainer in the early 2000's and worked his way up to management after a few years. He has managed many gyms over the past 10+ years and is currently the General Manager at Balance Gym Glover Park. John still enjoys all the sports he grew up playing as well as Crossfit, rock climbing, trail running, paddle boarding, you name it. If it's fun, competitive and requires athleticism, he is definitely into it. He also enjoys training, teaching boot camps and Crossfit to help people lead happier, healthier lives and reach all of their fitness goals.
