Kristin "Kris" Fisher has been a personal trainer for 6 years. The emphasis is on "personal". She makes a commitment to provide a service that focuses on the individual and their needs. .
She designs programs for novice exercises, older adults, athletes, postrehab patients, and weight management/loss. As a medical exercise specialist, Kris understands the need for safe, yet effective workouts. She also specializes in pre/postnatal workouts, boxing technique, and flexibility.
Kris was a collegiate athlete and she brings her experience as an athlete to all of her training sessions. She currently competes in triathlons and century rides which helps her understand the need for competition and fitness in real life.
Kris is a certified personal trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM), a medical exercise specialist through the American Association of Health, Fitness and Rehab Professionals (AAHFRP), pre/postnatal certified through Maternal Fitness, and a stretch specialist through Annette Lang's Integrated Stretch Workshop. She got her B.S. in Kinesiology from James Madison University.
