Sarah Miller’s number one priority is safety. She emphasizes form and mechanics, drills consistency, and then adds intensity.

She is passionate about fitness and wellness and helps people find exercises that they enjoy and look forward to. Sarah believes if it isn’t fun and challenging people will quickly burn out. She enjoys helping people find that niche in their wellness that keeps them coming back for more.

Sarah has her Masters in Social Work from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Baylor University. She is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Level 1 Coach and has her CrossFit Level 1 certification
