Sawba Sumner is a certified National Academy of Sports Medicine trainer. He believes that proper form leads to noticeable results in a short period of time.
In addition to teaching his clients the right way to train, he tracks their progress. His workouts focus on combining hard work with an acute foundation in technique.
Sawba's commitment to fitness started at a young age. As captain of his high school football team and MVP of the track team, he was voted Senior Athlete of the Year. Then he went on to play cornerback and receiver for the University of Buffalo football team. Now he draws on his experience with team trainers and as a team player to push clients to their limits. When he is not in the gym, he stays active by playing football and mountain biking.
