Rachel is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) , Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA), and holds a Level 1 Kettlebell Certification through ISCA.
Whether new to exercising or an athlete, she works with each client to develop the right path towards their goals. Having worked with a range of clients from roller derby clients to older clientele she is well rounded in working with a variety of people. She believes that it is important to optimize the impact of each movement. Proper form and technique are paramount to her. Through her experience and enthusiasm she helps people work towards their full potential.
Rachel is an avid runner, having completed numerous Half-marathons and marathons, and regularly incorporates lifting and strength work into her own training. From being a dancer at a young age to taking up Olympic Lifting Rachel enjoys a wide range of fitness activities. She believes in constantly learning and exploring new fitness avenues to make fitness fun and exciting no matter your interests.
