Mary Scott Bogacz
Specialty: Strength and Conditioning
Mary Scott grew up playing Soccer and competing in Show Jumping but her true love for fitness evolved from Mixed Martial Arts.
During College she studied Muay Thai, BJJ and Boxing taking her first MMA Cage Fight in 2009. To get fit for her fight she trained with a CrossFit coach, happily drinking the Crossfit Kool-aid, this has remained her primary love of working out. After spending a lot of time running and not getting the results that she needed, she found CrossFit to be much more interesting, goal achieving and creates practical skills that carry over into life. And running sucks . . .lets be real.
Mary Scott made a career change from the office to Trainer in order to share her love of fitness and encourage others to believe in themselves and what they are truly capable of doing. Creating programs for high-intensity interval training or coaching Olympic Weightlifting, it's her thrill to see people succeed and help them to obtain their goals. In her spare time you can catch her in the mountains hunting or running an obstacle race.
