Amanda Rose

Specialty: Athletic Training and Weight Loss

Amanda Rose
Amanda’s most important goal for each client is to  create a level of comfort both during and outside of their sessions.
Her focus from day one is to build up the skills and self-esteem so that clients can feel just as confident to enter a weight room on their own. Amanda has been working in the industry since 2010. She is a certified ACE trainer and USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Coach. Additionally, she carries group fitness certifications in Spin, Metabolic Effect, and PiYo Strength.

Growing up as a dancer and golfer in South Florida, she always valued an active lifestyle. During high school, she shifted her attention to her golfing career and was offered opportunities to play at colleges in the state of Florida. In 2009, she moved to D.C. to pursue a completely different path at GWU. Ultimately, she returned to her athletic roots and began a career in fitness while pursuing her BA in International Affairs and Geography.

Amanda focusses on pushing her clients to their maximum potential through creative and engaging workouts. Her favorite experience thus far has been helping others find the confidence to tackle Olympic lifts, which can be intimidating to many at first. A majority of her experience comes from working with all different demographics, ranging from college athletes and teams to clients post-rehab. She believes that your body knows no limits, it’s the mind that needs training; your workout should be molded to fit you, not the other way around.

Amanda is excited to show others what their body is capable of on their own. Each session will be unique in its own form and serve as a foundation for a longer term goal.
