Chris Oak is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified personal trainer and strives to create workout plans to accommodate all levels of physical fitness.
Sports and physical fitness have been passions for Chris since he was a kid. Growing up, he spent a lot of time practicing martial arts, and received black belts in taekwondo and kumdo. In high school, he turned his focus to basketball and cross country, which was when his passion for weight lifting developed.
Chris recently received his undergraduate degree in International Business from GW, and is continuing to challenge himself through half marathons, Spartan Races and CrossFit competitions.
