Olumide Olamigoke

Specialties- Track & Field, CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, Strength and Conditioning

Bio: Olumide is a Rio 2016 Olympian representing the Federal Republic of Nigeria in the Triple Jump. He is a USA Track and Field Level 1 coach, NASM certified personal trainer, and has a degree in Kinesiology from Indiana University. Before coming to Balance Gym, Olu was an assistant coach for the Athletics Department at Georgetown University as well as a personal trainer in Northern Virginia. Combining his professional athletic experience with education, Olu creates lasting results for his clients. He believes that providing discipline, motivation, and a fun environment will help clients of all abilities succeed. While currently training for the 2017 London World Championships, Olu also enjoys CrossFit and Olympic lifting training at Balance Gym Glover Park.
