Specialty: Functional Training and Weight Loss
Her interest in food and fitness began at an early age and led her to Cornell where she majored in Nutritional Science. Along the way she discovered that her greatest joy was helping others develop new and creative ways to challenge both body and mind in order to meet their fitness goals. She believes that working out should be an enjoyable experience that leaves you feeling empowered, strong and eager for the next session. Her philosophy of healthy eating maintains an appreciation for good nutrition without compromising quality or taste and expresses the importance of complementing good nutrition with training.
Kacie embraces a “no limits” approach to training, believing that when body, mind and spirit are aligned, dreams and goals become reality.
