Jermaine has several years of experience working as a fitness specialist and a private trainer with his clientele ranging from individuals in their early 20s to mid 70s. His experience includes working with individuals returning to the gym after rehab, individuals looking to manage their weight, those who have wanted to lose a significant amount of weight, and individuals wanting to improve their athletic skill level.
Jermaine believes that setting goals and keeping track of your performance is a surefire way of obtaining a positive outcome — a philosophy he learned from participating in Interscholastic Sports and Martial Arts. His athletic experience and passion for continuing his studies in the fitness field help him create programs tailored to each of his clients.
Jermaine lives an active life. He enjoys kickboxing, weightlifting, and competing in local flag football leagues. Before becoming a personal trainer, Jermaine graduated from the Columbia School of Broadcasting, but now focuses his studying on nutrition and exercise. He is also an avid cook, who believes a clean diet is essential to maintaining a healthy body and mind.
