Sarah is a competitive runner, qualifying and completing the Boston Marathon. She has coached several running groups training and preparing them for a variety of races. She enjoys training clients to transcend and find the joy in pushing their limits.
ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Sarah backs it up with 7 years of experience in many aspects of the field. With a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology/Nutrition from Louisiana State University and years of experience in exercise science, nutrition and psychology from Pennington Biomedical Research Center, Sarah's able to attend her client's overall wellness. More specifically, her passion is helping clients build a well-balanced lifestyle in and out of the gym.
