Based on our experience, the more we know about you going into the session the more you will get out of it and the faster you will reach your goals.
We offer 40 and 60-minute sessions; one on one and small group sessions, and both bulk package and monthly payment options starting at $55-a-session. Discounts are available to Balance Gym Members.
Right start consists of a 5-session package designed to help you determine a plan to reache your goals, identify some physical barriersto reaching them, and teach you the impact of proper diet and nutrition.
The 3 Personal Training sesssions will test your fitness level, educate you on the various and numerous methods of training, and help you fomulate a plan for reaching your goals. OR at the Glover Park location, you may choose 2 Pilates sessions instead of 3 Personal Training sessions.
The Functional Movement Screen is a 7-step ranking and grading system that
documents movement patterns that are key to normal function. These are issues
that can reduce the effects of functional training and physical conditioning and
distort body awareness.
Your Nutrition Consultation will help you identify which foods and diets may be
best for you while also helping to dispel any myths that are propagated in the
