Balance classes maintain a low instructor to client ratio to ensure that each client receives the instruction and motivation they deserve.
What Are Classes Like?
Instructors are highly experienced, accredited, with many having been involved in professional sport. Classes are fast paced, fun, dynamic, and develop distinct team camaraderie. If you are trying to get in shape for your spring soccer competition, tennis league, or just want to achieve that athletic look for summer, these classes are for you. Classes meet at Balance Gym and utilize both the indoor training facility and great outdoor locations around the gym.
