“Butt tight, belly tight!”
Sarah has been active for most of her life. She cheered in college and briefly tried her hand at running after her cheer days were done. She began crossfit in 2012 and utilizes the functional approach to fitness and wellness. She has been working in fitness full time since the summer of 2015. Sarah's number one priority is safety. She emphasizes form and mechanics, drills consistency, and then adds intensity.
She is passionate about fitness and wellness and helps people find exercises that they enjoy and look forward to. Sarah believes if it isn’t fun and challenging people will quickly burn out. She has worked with a wide range of clients--teens to older adults, novice to athlete, and persons with various chronic pain disorders and/or injuries. Sarah has her Masters in Social Work from Baylor University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Baylor University.
