At Balance, we believe that fitness can be a lifelong activity. That's why we offer Youth Programs at Balance Gym - to make fitness fun for kids starting at a young age. We offer two signature programs for youth - Junior Fit Athletics for children ages 5-8, and Peak Performance Athletics for children ages 12-18. In our youth classes, every workout includes a warmup, focuses on safety and technique above all, and often features a game to make sure we're making fitness FUN. We also offer full gym memberships and small group training for members ages 15 and older, and can provide personal training focused on sports or fitness goals. Classes are offered several times a week at our Glover Park location.

  • Wednesdays 4:45PM - 5:30PM
  • Sundays 12PM - 1PM


Junior Fit Athletics (KIDS)

Ages 6-12 years old

  • Tuesdays 4:45PM - 5:30PM
  • Thursdays 4:45PM - 5:30PM
  • Sundays 1PM - 2PM
