Murph Workout Dedicated to Fallen Soldiers
Most who have spent any time in CrossFit have heard of the Murph workout. Many even know that it is dedicated to a fallen soldier named Michael Murphy, and is one of many “Hero WODs” dedicated to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
A Hero workout is meant to be a bit more difficult than traditional programs, emphasizing the hard work and sacrifice of our men in uniform.
