LIFT HEAVY, GET STRONG

This is a one hour class that focuses primarily on instructing and improving technical execution of the snatch, clean & jerk. This class is designed to help improve technique, efficiency and coordination of these lifts. The class will also include other supplemental accessory work relevant to the focus of each day.
