Ahmed Gadalla was born in Cairo, Egypt where he received his Engineering degree from the university there. Ahmed began his fitness journey as a youth swimming for the Egyptian National Team. Eventually, Ahmed began strength training regularly and, after seven years behind a desk, decided to leave his engineering job to pursue a career in the fitness industry working as a personal trainer. Ultimately, Ahmed moved to the United States and became very active in the CrossFit community, obtaining his Level 1 CrossFit Certification and working as coach in various locations.
Always eager to learn about the different facets of fitness, Ahmed has also obtained certifications in the Lagree Fitness Method, as well as working as a coach at an F45 functional training studio. In 2016, Ahmed expanded his fitness repertoire, competing in several bodybuilding shows and becoming nationally qualified in the NPC for physique. Ahmed’s dedication to the sport has led him to online training, providing personalized programming and nutrition for his clients no matter what their goals are.
In his spare time, Ahmed enjoys reading about fitness and nutrition, as well as spending time with his family. Ahmed is the father to a one-year-old son, named Zayn, who is the light of his life. Ahmed has plans to continue his education and is working toward obtaining his CrossFit Level 2 certification.
