Strength and Conditioning
Cassia is a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), which enables her to incorporate a vast knowledge of anatomy and kinesiology into her practice. Cassia has been involved in athletics since age two when she first strapped on a pair of ballet slippers. She continued this passion with yoga teacher training in India, springboard diving at Pomona College, and a Masters’ from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
She is excited to bring her knowledge of Sports Medicine into the world of Balance Lagree, and she believes that the key to health and happiness lies in foundational movement and strength. If you can’t find her at the gym, you can find her paddle boarding on the Potomac or reading science fiction and fantasy novels.
