Chi Anh is a fitness fanatic who always makes time to work out (it’s her most important meeting of the day!). Chi Anh has explored countless fitness classes in DC but nothing compares to the megaformer. It is ALWAYS a challenging format that incorporates strength, cardio, balance and flexibility. You get stronger, but it never gets easier! After about 2 years on the machine, Chi Anh was itching to take it to the next level and became an instructor! Chi Anh loves getting creative with class sequences that incorporate a full body workout and challenge each and every student. Outside the Lagree studio, you can find her busy at her corporate job as an IT auditor, trying new restaurants, or sweating it out at yoga/barre studios to complement Lagree sessions.
