Sports Background: Volleyball, Dance, Weightlifting, and CrossFit
I have a background in playing volleyball and dancing during my childhood, and my passion for lifting heavy weights intensified when I started CrossFit over two years ago.
Personal Interests: Tex-Mex, Reading, and Nerdiness in Musical Theatre and Pop Culture
Apart from fitness, I am from Texas and love going home to see my family and enjoy some delicious Tex-Mex cuisine. When I am not working out or coaching, you can find me indulging in my interests of reading fantasy literature or nerding out over musical theatre and pop culture. I am committed to helping you achieve your fitness goals through personalized training that focuses on sustainable, enjoyable, and safe exercise.
