Craig is the Director of CrossFit Balance Thomas Circle. Growing up, Craig was a multi-sport athlete playing soccer, lacrosse, street hockey, and baseball. Bored by the monotony of practice, Craig sought out more exciting opportunities to compete athletically. When he found CrossFit, he fell in love with the constantly varied aspect of the sport. He has been coaching CrossFit since 2009 and he has competed in Regionals 4 years in a row.

In his spare time Craig likes to read, play sports, and learn about the vast field of human physiology. An interesting fact about Craig is that he enjoys listening to classic rock even though that music is way before his time.
