Ellie is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, with a deep love for health and fitness. Active from a young age, Ellie fell in love with strength training when she quit swimming and was looking for another athletic activity to pursue. Using a functional fitness approach, she enjoys helping clients achieve goals and push themselves hard every day. Along with personal training, Ellie also enjoys teaching group fitness classes such as Balance Body and Bootcamp.
Ellie is a student at American University studying Political Science and health promotion. When she is not in class, she enjoys CrossFit, Olympic Lifting, and playing with as many dogs as possible.
