As the former Director of Group Exercise and a former Fitness Consultant at Balance Gym Glover Park, Erin has been immersed in the fitness culture and the Balance family. Erin has been involved in Group Exercise programming since she started working for her university’s Campus Recreation department over four years ago. She earned her MBA from the University of Mary Washington where she also worked full time as their Graduate Assistant of Fitness and Wellness. You can find Erin in any class setting, whether it is a group exercise class, CrossFit, or Balance Lagree with a smile on her face (and a lot of sweat)! Her classes are energetic but tough, and if you need a modification, just ask!
Tip for Students: Your instructor wants to get to know you! Use that as your motivation to go to class, become friends with your instructor and other people in your class and you will feel more motivation to go the next time.
