Hannah Young
Hannah is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She loves helping people discover that physical activity sparks positive change in other aspects of life and that people are almost always capable of more than they think! Hannah enjoys teaching people how to push themselves while also prioritizing recovery and mobility to stay injury free.
Hannah grew up dancing from a very young age, though her fitness journey didn’t truly begin until she started lifting weights in college. She started from a Bodybuilding approach that morphed into Powerlifting with a bit of Krav Maga, and eventually, she landed in CrossFit. Hannah was a choreographer for her college dance company and has a bachelor’s in Neuroscience/Cell Biology and Psychology. She has always been deeply fascinated with human movement, both from an artistic and scientific perspective, and views fitness as an athletic intersection of art and science. When she’s not at the gym, you can find Hannah out salsa dancing, cooking, or dreaming about the next place on her travel bucket list!
