Joe is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who is experienced in training athletes of all types. Growing up in DC, Joe played a wide range of sports including the opportunity to play baseball at Rhodes College. As an intern at Athlete’s Performance (EXOS), Joe fine-tuned his sports performance training while working with NBA athletes, NFL athletes, and the National Argentina Rugby team.
After becoming a personal trainer, Joe became interested in CrossFit and is now a Level 1 Coach. Whether you’re a weekend warrior or an avid gym goer, Joe’s mission is “to help take your performance and fitness to the next level.”
