Kerry is a certified personal trainer through National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is originally from Long Island, NY but attended Salisbury University where she received her bachelor’s in elementary education. Kerry used to teach middle school science and coach high school lacrosse prior to making the switch to personal training.
Kerry’s approach to training is sticking to the basics and making it fun! She’s a big proponent of strength training and loves anything with a barbell. Kerry enjoys working with young women and helping them feel confident and strong both in and out of the gym.
A former soccer player, Kerry also played lacrosse, and ran track. Nowadays, she loves staying fit through CrossFit because it challenges her in a fun way. She also loves paddleboarding, longboarding and biking in her free time.
