Laura first came to yoga for a duel purpose. She was looking for a way to bring a deep sense of calmness into her life, as well as giving her body mindful movement from the taxing duties of the job. At first, yoga was mainly a physical practice, but shortly after, other benefits began showing up in her life and yoga shifted into a spiritual practice. After a while, there was a craving to dive deeper and share this wildly beneficial practice with the community. After practicing for 3 years, she attended a 200 hour yoga teacher training at Flow Yoga Center, Washington DC, and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. Laura also has a 50 hour Yin Yoga certificate. Laura is drawn to mindful movements for our bodies and ways to incorporate a sense of ease into our daily walk of life.
