Lauren received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Certified Yoga Instructor through the Yoga Alliance (RYT-200). Soon after taking a couple Balance Burn classes, she became addicted to how it helped build stability in the joints and wanted to learn how to teach it ASAP! As a future Physical Therapist, she loves helping her clients work on any muscle imbalances they may have and recovering from any injuries. She enjoys working on her own mobility and functional strength through the BalanceBurn classes and Crossfit Balance classes!
