Maddie Mitchell

Grad student by day, fitness instructor by night, Maddie is passionate about the social and functional benefits of group exercise and brings that passion to each of her classes. Her fitness journey started on an elliptical in a university gym with no idea where to begin, and finding group exercise and eventually CrossFit changed her entire outlook on fitness and staying healthy. Having studied kinesiology in college, Maddie is very knowledgeable about the body and how our muscles work so you can expect to get a safe and effective workout, learn great form, and leave knowing more than when you came in! Her personal workouts include CrossFit and anything with a barbell. You can find her teaching BODYPUMP, Balance Burn, and other Balance signature classes.
