After years of having a sedentary lifestyle, Maher walked into his first CrossFit box in early 2012 hoping to find a way to get a little healthier. Soon he found himself working out on a regular basis, participating in nutrition challenges and learning lifting techniques, After losing 80 pounds, he has a new lease on life. Now he is using his newly found passion to help people simply get healthier or strive for loftier goals.
