Micha (Mee-ka) Shines, a mom of 4, brings nearly 30 years of personal and professional experience to your workouts. Fitness has been a lifestyle for most of her life as a softball player, martial artist, US Marine, professional dancer, yogi, ultramarathoner, nationally ranked adventure racer, road and mountain biker, triathlete, personal trainer, group fitness instructor, and nutrition coach.
You will find her at Balance Gym training clients one on one, coaching Balance Lagree, Balance Body, and dancing up a storm in Zumba. Once in awhile, you’ll even find her subbing a boot camp or spin class.
Her personalized workouts are tough, focus on form/technique, and are targeted to your individual goals, whether you are looking to PR your next race, shed a few to a lot of pounds, or simply want to get back to feeling and moving better.
