Why I Train Others

I decided to become a personal trainer for a few reasons. I have always been into working out and fitness since a young age when I was into playing sports. Also having a wife who has a nutrition degree also showed me the importance of working out and maintaining a healthy balanced lifestyle. 

My Philosophy To Training

My approach to training is simple, it’s a quote that I believe to be very true in every aspect. 1% Better everyday, small changes over time lead to big results. 

My Background in Sports

I have played several sports for most of my life, played basketball, football and baseball and as I got older focused more on baseball and basketball. So understand the training concept behind training for an athlete.

Outside The Gym

I have my degree in accounting and finance. Was always into math as a young kid. During my off times I am most likely running around with my 4 year old or watching sports with my newborn son around my arms (I think you have to start them young).
