Phil Pasch
Growing up all over the United States, Phil spent his college and post college years in Minnesota. He began instructing fitness by teaching Pilates and butt classes to members of his community, later training at Los Campeones, a Minneapolis gym with a strong powerlifting and bodybuilding presence. After a few of years he followed in the footsteps of his dad, mom, and sister and enlisted in the United States Navy, serving as a Logistics Specialist and Command Fitness Leader onboard the USS Bataan.
While maxing out pushups, sit-ups, and a 1.5-mile run would thrill every client, Phil has changed his style of training. He spends time getting to know each client to understand where they’ve been, where they are, and where they are trying to go in their fitness journey. He believes that fitness is meant to be fun, exciting, and you should constantly be learning no matter how experienced you are. Phil makes sure training sessions are exciting for the client and are focused towards specific goals while incorporating mobility and stability, the building blocks of physical wellness.
To find him, look for the guy with very short shorts swinging around a kettlebell, equipment he believes are some of the most useful and versatile in a gym. He has a love for fried chicken and otherwise spicy food, and enjoys talking about classic movies and theatrical history when he’s not at the gym.
