Shelbi Knisley is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Her love for fitness and a healthy lifestyle began in college. She has been weight training for over 8 years now. She decided to become a personal trainer in 2021, with the goal of helping women become more confident and comfortable lifting weights in the gym. “When I was just starting with weights I was only one of a few women in the weight room. I am excited to see that starting to change!”
Her approach to training is on strength and proper form. She enjoys seeing her clients get stronger and more confident in the gym. She also enjoys coaching proper form to barbell lifts. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her friends, dog, finding outdoor adventures, and traveling the world.
