Stephanie has been sidelining as a certified group fitness instructor (ACE) for 10 years and counting. She currently instructs our Monday evening Burn classes, and also teaches Wednesday BodyPump and Sunday “Yoga for Meatsticks” at our Balance Thomas Circle location. As part of her personal workouts, Stephanie enjoys Balance’s Crossfit classes and weight rooms. Outside of the gym, Stephanie works on health information technology policy development and program implementation. She is also the proud mom of a goofy 70-pound “lap dog” named Brewski.
