Stephanie coaches our Sunday “Yoga for Meat Sticks,” which is your weekly opportunity for an hour of recovery. Stephanie started her gym love with several group fitness certifications in college, and has been teaching and taking classes ever since. Outside of the gym, Stephanie works for the Department of Health and Human Services on health IT policy guidance and program implementation. This Open, she aims to relax more during her DUs, and is crossing her fingers for ring muscle ups over bar.
