Pole Dancing Workout in Washington DC at 3 Balance Locations
This intermediate pole class focuses on technique and advanced conditioning to progress toward staying off the ground and on the pole through inversions, leg hangs and spinning pole skills. Open to all levels: moves are adapted for your current ability, but expect to work hard! Shorts and a close-fitting top are recommended; refrain from wearing lotion 24 hours in advance if possible. All genders welcome.
