Why Balance Classes?
All four of Balance’s locations provide a wide variety of class types for all fitness objectives. Our class schedules make it easy for our members to select convenient times for their busy schedules. We highly recommend speaking with a personal trainer or fitness consultant if you have any questions about a specific class or the type of workout they offer. You won’t find another gym in DC that has the variety and fitness specific training classes that Balance offers.
