I’ve been wanting to write this review for a while. My husband and I use balance gym frequently when we are in DC through Classpass since we travel a lot. The staff at Balance gym are the nicest. Very laid back, super friendly and very accommodating. I... always call them if I am late since you have to arrive on time for the slot you booked on classpass and I’ve had other gyms turn me away if I’m late or just being mean unnecessarily. At Balance Gym, they’re always super laid back, and now I know that I don’t even need to call and they will just not make a big deal if I’m a little late. I love the staff at Balance Gym, if I ever move to DC long term, I definitely will become a member thanks to their service and friendliness.read more
