Foundations is included in the first month of all Balance Functional Fitness memberships. It is designed to introduce the techniques and mechanics of CrossFit’s nine basic movements, and progress towards other secondary movements with increasing intensity.

At Balance Functional Fitness, we believe that drop-ins are part of the CrossFit community and we welcome those from out of town. However, drop-ins are limited to experienced CrossFit visitors only, and all class registrations are required. CrossFit consists of highly technical, programmed, and intense workouts. Therefore if you’re new to CrossFit (or have little experience) and are looking to see what it’s all about, please check out our free CrossFit Beginner Workouts instead.

MEMBERS MAY NOW BOOK MULTIPLE GYM BLOCKS PER DAY
